Zakaria Shvelidze is a Georgian labour law expert and doctor of law with extensive experience in legal practice, academic teaching, and policy reform. He is Of Counsel at EY Law, has contributed to key amendments to Georgia’s Labour Code, and has taught labour law at Tbilisi State University for over a decade. He is also an author and speaker on labour law and industrial relations.

Professor Dr. Bernd Waas
Prof. Dr. Bernd Waas is Professor of Labour Law and Civil Law at Goethe University Frankfurt, with a strong focus on European and international aspects of labour law. He is widely recognized for his expertise in collective bargaining, labour law comparison, and social security law, and also contributes to international expert bodies such as the European Labour Law Network and ILO-related committees.
